Orders are typically processed within 48 working hours before shipping. Orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business depending upon the location pincode but we serve across all pin codes as partnered with multiple logisitics partner. If for some reason your pin code isn’t serviceable, we will do best in everything to make sure the order gets to you one way or another. All we ask is yoube patient while India’s softest undies arrive at your doorstep.

Shipping charges are applicable as per pin code, till the order value is Rs 999. Once the order value crosses Rs 999, shipping charges are free irrespective of any pin code pan India.

Customer can only cancel the order before shipping and not make any changes to the existing order. As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact at care@cocoknut.com as soon as possible to cancel the order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it, but we welcome you to place a new order for any changes. All products are returnable except Bottom Innerwear and to be returned within 7 days of the order receipt. We dont provide exchange of products as of now, refund will be done within 7 days, after inspection of the returned product.In case of Returns, request for the same to be done at care@cocoknut.com within 24 hours of order.You can read more about it in Return & Refund Policy.

Simply follow these 3 steps to return you item: 1. Please register your request by sending an email to care@cocoknut.com with subject line: Return Order number (mention the order number)2. We would also request pictures of defected item (clicked from few angles) in the same mail.3. Please allow team Cocoknut to get back on your request within 2 working days. Rest be assured the same shall be taken care of.

For all refunds, we will refund by Bank Transfer and customer on mail have to provide their bank details with their order number. Typically, the refund (along with original shipping charges) will be happen within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
