Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges vary based on the customer shipping address/city and total order weight.

Know your approximate shipping time - before placing the Order

We make sure that estimated delivery time is showing on the website Cocoknut.com before placing the order so that you can have an idea about the delivery time.

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. 

Delivery within 3-10 business days

Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 3-4 business days within Mumbai and Pune Region For Rest of India, we make sure it reaches you within 5 to 6 Days. We do not deliver outside India .

Days of week for Delivery

You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays. 

Tracking:

An E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent to you when your shipment has been dispatched. Please mail us at care@Cocoknut.com in case of any questions.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Cocoknut  for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
