Return / Cancellation / Refund Policy

 

Size is the biggest worry for most parents and we help them sort it with ease. We suggest you look at the size chart and order the best age group fitting as per your Lil one's size.

 

RETURN

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Cocoknut.com.

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
    1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    2. Has missing parts or accessories
    3. Is different from what was ordered

 

  1. All products are returnable except Bottom Innerwear.

 

  1. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

 

In case of Returns, request for the same to be done at care@cocoknut.com within 24 hours of order.

 

  • Keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products, Please note bottom innerwear products like underwear, panties, boyshorts, briefs are not eligible for Return.
  • Customer can return the order(as mentioned above) within 7 days from the date of delivery for items other than Innerwear
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of receipt of damaged goods)



  • 3 Steps to return, in case received incorrect product

 

In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we request you to return the product by intimating within 24 hours of the product receipt. Once we receive the defective product and everything is in place, we will initate the refund along with maximum Rs 65 shipping charges bear in shipping the defective product to us.

 

  1. Please register your request by sending an email to care@cocoknut.com with subject line: Return Order number (mention the order number)

 

  1. We would also request pictures of defected item (clicked from few angles) in the same mail, along with shipping charges receipt.

 

  1. Please allow team Cocoknut to get back on your request within 2 working days after receiving the mail. Rest be assured the same shall be taken care of. 

 

We follow a hassle-free return policy


Our Customer Support team will get back to you and may ask you for some information.

  • As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on delivery partners like Delhivery,Trackon, Professional Courier, Shree Maruti Couriers, etc
  • We dont provide exchange of products as of now, so will not arrange the reverse pickup of products. We will make the refund once we get the defective product at our end. Please ensure while returning, the product should be in its original condition, tags and packaging as it was delivered.
  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
  • In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into your account details mailed.

 

CANCELLATION

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he / she will be entitled to a 100% refund. He / she needs to get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending an email to care@cocoknut.com with subject line: Cancellation Order number (mention the order number)

, in case the product is already shipped, the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.

REFUND

  • Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, company reserves the right to reject a refund due to hygiene reasons.
  • For all refunds, we will refund the amount by Bank Transfer and customer on mail along with the order number have to provide their bank & branch name, account number and IFSC code, so refund can be inititated.
  • Typically, the refund will happen within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
