How do I make the payment and track my order?

We accept multiple payment methods:

To track your order:
Allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to be updated. You will receive an email once your order ships, and you can track it using your order number and email on the Track Your Order page—or view all tracking details anytime through the My Account section.

What are your shipping details?

  • Shipping time – orders are processed within 48 working hours and shipped thereafter. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the pin code, and we ship to all locations through our logistics partners
  • Shipping charges – apply based on the pin code for orders up to ₹999. For orders above ₹999, shipping is free across all pin codes in India.

What is your return policy?

All products are returnable within 7 days of receipt, except bottom inner wear. We do not offer exchanges; refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection, and return requests must be emailed to care@cocoknut.com within 24 hours. Read full details on our Return Policy page.

To return your item, simply follow three steps: email care@cocoknut.com with the subject “Return Order Number ___,” attach photos of the defective item from multiple angles, and allow our team up to 2 working days to respond. Rest assured, once your request is reviewed, we will take care of the process promptly.

All refunds are processed via bank transfer, and customers must email their bank details along with the order number. Refunds (including original shipping charges) are typically issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, provided all items meet the conditions outlined on our Return Policy page.
